Just walking by or even looking from the outside who would have thought how nice and clean this motel really is. This was just a place for a friend and I to go and chill out. We did just that. Neat, clean and very comfortable. I give it the highgest rating!

What's not to like other than the constant blare of city vehicle sirens. Not controlled by the motel but made to be comfortable with encouraging staff members. For now I have made the motel my home.......

My wife and I spent six nights in the Towne Motel over Thanksgiving. We were in Alexandria to visit our daughter. We really enjoyed our stay. No, this isn't a Sheraton or Hilton but the room was clean. The bed was more comfortable than some $200 a night motels I've stayed in. The service was good. The staff friendly.

The Towne Motel is my favorite in Alexandria. Great location and the service is perfect. Rooms are simple but nice. Try the Stardust for dinner a block away for a great evening.

The rooms are lean and comfortable. Its location in Alexandria is fairly good. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to King Street where most of the attractions are and the river side is about 5 minutes from the motel.
