I'd agree that Santiago's is famous for lotsa' cheese, an indifferent wait staff, and prices that are higher than most. If you're looking for authentic, look elsewhere but Santiago's does offer an atmosphere unlike any other Mexican restaurant in town and their Fish Tacos are a unique treat that will definitely challenge your appetite.

Not very impressed with the quality, presentation, or taste of the food. I went with a co-worker and he has even upset about his "margarita"...how can you go wrong with that? The service was "ok" but for the price it should have been a lot better. I don't recommend this place to anyone who has tried real Mexican food.

Having been to Mexico City many times, I can say this is not "Gourmet" Mexican food. Typical americanized dishes, everything either drenched in sauce or cheese, can barely taste any other ingredients. Overpriced.
