I have only been to Rick's for breakfast so my review will be for that alone.
The food and friendliness of both staff and owner make you want to ignore the plain decor. Come for the food (which is very good - eggs cooked perfectly and the crispiest hash browns you will find anywhere) and the company. The service can be hot and miss. ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

Diner 1 - Excellent hamburger, potato salad came strait out of the 55 gal. drum from Cisco food service
Diner 2 - I didn't like my soup. It tasted bland and the veggies looked preprepared with the wavy carrot dicing that you see in a Swanson's TV dinner. I ate the potato salad (it's Safeway style and a lot of people eat that sweet ...SHOW FULL REVIEWOVERALL
