This is a hidden gem in Mukilteo that isn't easy to find in the strip mall off the Mukilteo Speedway. However, it is where Boeing often takes its Japanese customers thanks to the authenticity of the food.

It is small, with only about 20 tables but has an attractive sushi bar at one end with an excellent view into the kitchen. Lunches here are very reasonably priced, with the various choices of udon soup not to be missed.
