Let me start by saying we LOVE the Cheesecake Factory, Seattle location. One of our FAVORITE places to eat! However, one night we went for a late dinner after watching a movie. We were COLDLY greeted by the MANAGER at the front desk. He did NOT SMILE, did NOT "welcome us" and barely looked at us. Boy did we feel not welcomed. OUCH! ...

It is an amazing restaurant. When I went there, they offered the Pumpkin Cheesecake, and my gosh was it ever amazing! :) The service was extremely friendly, they served me my beer in a pre-chilled glass (made the whole beer experience better!) and the food itself as usual totally satisfying, actually more so than that! I can't wait to return to Seattle to get another bite at that divinely tasting cheesecake.

Liked the ambiance, the large portions and the variety of the menu! My husband and I both enjoyed our meals and the appetizer was delicous too! The cheesecake was as expected, wonderful, and the staff was attentive and helpful for a very busy day! A bit on the pricy side but worth it!

This was my first visit to the Cheesecake Factory, i had heard a lot about it and was excited to try it out. The wait was long, but its expected. Maybe its what we ordered but my boyfriend and I both hated our food, we took maybe 2 bites and were done. The Calamari appetizer was good, as well as the cheesecake. Although we didnt try the breakfast, it looked like a better menu than the dinners.

My experiences with Cheesecake Factory thus far is the downtown Seattle location, is the best. The location at Arden Fair in Sacramento was the worse. Seattle I felt like a King, Sacramento I felt like the servers had better things to do. Overall, the prices are good and the food is GREAT.

Nice place, excellent food, good service and if you like out of the ordinary selection of cheesecake, this is your place.

Had the chicken stuffed tortillas. Never had any quesadillas this involved, and as big as the portion sizes were, I still got out for less than $20. No room for the obligatory cheesecake, but as the waiter said... No reason ...

I like everything and i was please from the ambiance to the food. I wish they lower the price a little bit cheaper.

try their lemonade its to die for!

Excellent food and experience. Dont go at regular meal times though because they are busy. Servers aim to please and the atmosphere is friendly.
