Big, loud and huge portions. We sat next to some Dallas Cowboy football players at one point so they like the value. I'm not a cheesecake eater so I can't go above three stars. The food is okay but nothing special and the ambience is designed for a crowd. But, if you want a BIG burger this is the place.

Used to be better than it is now. Last two visits have involved a long wait for a table and a long wait for food to arrive. The food was lukewarm and had been sitting a while. I don't think we'll be back unless we hear it has got a lot better.

It is a great store, but is very expensive. There was also a very long wait time and the room was so dark we couldn't see what was on the menu. Don't go there if you like cheap.

A pleasant place for a meal. My wife and I had the calamari, some salads and dessert. Calamari has become a bit of a touchstone for us, and this was good but not great, a little chewy and a trace oily but still good eating. This place seems fine for meat eaters if you don't mind waiting a while for a table. However they might not want to bring their vegetarian friends. Even though the menu has a few vegetarian items, they always seem to make me sick. I've never experienced this at any other restaurant and am not sure if the other Cheesecake Factories are like this.

The food was really good and the service was really good. The server was funny, nice and attentive.

Ok it is a chain. The cheesecake is fabulous but for 600-2000 calories a slice! Is it worth it? The menu goes on and on.. No specialties. That makes me wonder if the food is fresh. Great for kids I guess.
