Ok, so it is a little retro, but that is it's charm. Just the hands down best burger place in the nation. I never go to Bend and not get my Pilot Butte fix. Love this place!

A little bit over rated, burgers and tater totts good but other food not much better than going to king buffet. Needed serious remodel last time I was there and could have been cleaner. Portions too large, bigger is not always better. Nobody needs a chicken fried steak with gravy the size of your head.

I had breakfast thier and the biscuits and gravey were the worst ive ever had.thier food is usualy good ,I mention that to the help and she said she would give me A refund next thing I know A man comes out from behind the counter and started to argue with me,he said I should have told him about the gravy,but he kept getting more agresive to me so ...

Hands down the best burgers in the state. However, don't plan to come for dinner... They close at 3pm

Pilot Butte has the best burgers in Bend. They are big, the meat is quality and they are fast in service. The building fits what you expect in a drive in. You can eat in your car or on their deck if you don't want to sit in side.
They do great breakfast too.
