After getting soaked from a constant drizzle, we were ready for a big bowl of clam chowder. Headed to the Firehouse Restaurant. Ordered a bowl of chowder and prawns covered in crab with a side of grilled veggies. Wonderful! My husband had the deluxe chowder also, and halibut covered in shrimp with a side of grilled veggies. Again we were satisfied with our food and service. Always a delight to eat here.

Went for a lite snack while shopping. My husband ordered a clam chowder that was full of clams, fish, shrimp, cheese. I think I ended up eating half of it, very tasty! I ordered the fried mozzarella. Some of the pieces were still cold inside.

Good food, good service..
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/08/06
We went here for a birthday dinner 2 nights ago. Although the food isn't as good as Pomodori Ristorante, the atmosphere is great and the service is excellent. Their food is good, don't get me wrong. I had New York Steak with sauteed mushrooms..it was nice! AND, when they found out we were there celebrating a birthday, they served the b-day girl a free slice of VERY RICH chocolate cake...I would recommend this place.
