PaPa johns, what a shame... ordered a pie and found a live baby cockroach in it! Lady on the phone was very nice. Manager wouldn't even get on the phone. I was asked if I still had the product. Hell no! We trashed it.

No I don't want a refund and for sure do not want a replacement pie. Never again!
