After 8 days of eating our way through Maui, we found Lahaina Grill (ate there 2 times). Everything from the interesting cocktails (tried the Pear-fection Martini) -- fruity "pear" without being too sweet...Food was the best on Maui, the rack of lamb was tender and perfectly seasoned and dont forget to save room for dessert. Best food on MauiDavid Paul's buries any other food I've found in Maui. This restaurant is amazing. They prepare fresh and innovative cuisine with unique combinations. I went here for New Year's Eve and had the outstanding blue corn crusted chilli relleno and the chicken with mushrooms.
