One word describes my experience here - Terrible!!!

1)Pizza was stale; looked like it was sitting for days..
2)Burned my pizza. to the point that the crust and the bottom of the pizza was black. When asked they didn't want to give me another fresh slice..
3)Very bad attitude.. Started to ...

i am from the Boston area, and when i visited Hawaii, i had to try this Boston's Pizza, to see what they were all about. i was truly amazed!!! it certainly tastes like homes!!! big portions, loaded with toppings, and blasts of flavor!!! as we say in Boston..."this pizza is WICKED good!!!"
