Great pizza. Thin style with a nice crust. The flavored crust is great. If it is true that local get a substantial discount, that is unfortunate for travelers. I would probably have eaten there at least two or three times if it wasn't $20 for a decent size pie.

Brick Oven has the best pizza in the state. We live on Oahu but travel to Kauai every summer to vist family. We HAVE to make a Brick Oven stop either the first day or second day. Plus if you call in advance they will cook your pizza half way and then freeze it. So we always take a few home with us. :)

The garlic butter on the crust was a nice touch. The restaurant meat special was very good (minus the canned mushrooms) and the veggie had zucchini on it which was a nice touch. Not the best pizza I have ever had.

My wife and I ate here on our Honeymoon in 2002. I still remember how good the pizza was. We actually ate it 2 times in one week to save a few $$ and because it was great. I was just surfing Yahoo to recommend it to family and thought I'd add this review.

The Brushed Garlic on the crust is great. Enjoy!
