A great value!Sure, it's not the most beautiful place, but it's clean and the food is wonderful. We ate breakfast here several times on our last trip to Kauai and look forward to visiting it again in a few months. A solid value. Good portion size. Don't miss it.OVERALL

Fun place for breakfastWe had a little trouble finding this place, but it was worth the search. Very much an old fashioned diner. People were very friendly, and the food was very good. Much more fun than eating in a hotel.OVERALL

the best pancakes!The tip top cafe has been a favorite spot of mine during my vacations spent in Kauai. Prices are reasonable and their breakfasts are hearty and filling. Try their macadamian pancakes, they are to die for!OVERALL

Tasty local foodI'm a little biased as the owners of Tip Top are family friends, but I trully love Tip Top Cafe.
They have the freshest sushi and best oxtail soup on the island.
Try the honey fried chicken or the bento box.
You know you are at one of the best local restaurants when you see only locals packed in booths.
