We liked it before but now I hear there are new owners, and it shows. We went with friends, shared appetizers and cocktails (full bar!). 01/08/2008 The lasagna was more like a cheese soup with some meat sauce, no comparison to the lasagna I had in a tiny restaurant in Rome. The pizza was OK but not the quality one would expect for the price. I will look for a different restaurant next time I want pizza or lasagna.

I happened to Love the pizza sauce, and recieved the reciept from the new owners. It is far from the cheapest red sauce you can buy, it's more on higher end of cost than the lower end. Anyway took my family there and had an outstanding experiance. The place looks great, service was increable, and prices were just in line with the rest of Kona. I would highly recomend having the pizza there.

I visit Kona every year and always go to Rocky's.

The new owners have really stepped things up here and have made it a great place to bring your significant other or the whole family.

They have several new menu items and have revamped some of the original menu to taste much better. The pizza now is outstanding!

Great desserts, the full bar and a friendly staff make it one of my favorites in Kona!

food is average but the kids all like it and it's a great place to take them after the movies

I have to agree with the last review: the tomato sauce on the pizza was awful. However, the pesto pizza was quite good.

The service seemed a bit confused and disorganized, but many of them could have been new. Our waiter did a good job, but he seemed to be carrying the whole team.

Overall, not bad, but needs a bit of work.
