Well, Kahului doesn't have many good restaurants. It's a working/retail town and away from the resorts and beaches. But Marco's is quite good. We usually stop for lunch there. I like the 1/2 size pasta selections with a small salad. Beer is nice and cold, service very competant. Bright and clean inside. I had no mosquito in my drink and had to ask for one (just kidding... this place is not at all casual with housekeeping).
