Food is always good when I come here, And it usually never takes long either. Service is great too!

can anyone say chain restaurant? ugh. if u want food that has a shelf date that taste like it has been there for months, then u should go to casa ramos to eat.

I think Casa Ramos is one of the best around here- they have good atmosphere and a good variety of choices. They have very reasonable lunch specials. I usually like their enchiladas especially the pork with green sauce or chicken with mazatlan sauce. For vegetarians, the spinach enchiladas are delicious. Good fajitas also. I try to mainly go for lunch because dinner is a little pricey.

In my opinion, I do not care for it. Seems pricey. Food did not seem fresh. Seemed dirty. Don't know why but I wondered how they are to work for? Just did not care for the food, nor the experience, nor the service. To be fair, I have not been there for awhile but have tried it several times. I recommend driving to Los Gordos in Redding instead.

Casa Ramos makes the best Pollo Fundido. I had it when I was pregnant with my 2nd child. It was the best. I've gone back 2 times since and have just loved it. If your ever in Mt. Shasta, you have GOT to try it. Wonderful people.

We've frequented Casa Ramos on numerous occasions for some great Mexican food and reasonable prices! We usually end up bring some home as we couldn't finish all of it. Great raspberry Margaritas! And the chips and salsa are always fresh and chips hot! All around, an exceptional place to eat.

Of course, I'm a little prejudiced, as Casa Ramos, Mt. Shasta, is where my husband and I had our first date. The food is good and for my birthday the waiter did a special dance for me.
