Happy Day seems great one day and so-so the next. I have had fresh tasting food one day and then sometimes it tastes as though they are using left-overs the next. This is my favorite place for Chinese on the Ridge. Their Mu Shu is fantastic. They also do vegetables well and if you need take out, they are exceptionally fast.
