I eat here a lot but because I have to. This is fast food oriented restaurant which is convinient but if you're looking for some good mexican food in Rancho there are better places like Brianna's on Bradshaw or El Puerto on Folsom and Cordova Ln. Carolina's has a salsa bar but I have to say I was outraged when I ordered a chicken ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

I love Carolina's!This is the closest that I've gotten to authentic Mexican cuisine in the county! It's a small place, but conveniently located and even has a drive-thru! I am often seen here during lunchtime hours.OVERALL

Best I've had...Best Mexican food I've had in Sacramento since coming up from San Diego in 1988. They have a large menu of choices of either single items or combination plates. 3 different salsas and chips along with jalapeno peppers and other condiments.
There is a drive through and I hear it is open 24 hours.
