Been here twice. The service is ok at best, the food the first time arrived cold and the order was wrong. On the next trip my son's taquito's were basically burnt and of course the order was wrong. I will say this, they have great margaritas. So I guess go for the drinks.
My husband and I went to Chapala's for the first time on the Fourth of July with our family. There were lots of Events going on that night in Old Town and they were hopping, There service was great , As fast as can be expected for how many people they were serving. The portion were huge, the food was great the service was amazing. We both agree it's a hit .
