this place has been here for at least 10 years that I know, the food is also great.love the spicy dishes, between this place and my northern stop I will keep comming back for great chinese food for my tummy. the crew is friendly and the service is good.

I love this restaurant. The service is great, and so is the food. Best chow mein and fried rice I've had. Their whole menu is great. It's also great because I don't have to go far. It's pretty much right down the street. I'd recommend it to anyone who loves some good chinese food.

Seriously, you can't get better Chinese. This is THE best. Lunch specials rock and the service is great too.

Incredible Chinese food! I live right by a Chinese restaurant in Santa Rosa but refuse to go there after trying Yinkeng. I will travel to Windsor anytime when I get the urge for some Chinese food. Good food, good prices, good service.

We have only liked a handful of Chinese food restaurants over the years & these were mostly in San Francisco, Boston & New York. The food is so good I haven't felt the need to try the other Chinese restaurants in Windsor! I recommend the crab dumplings for appetizer and the orange chicken!
