Roberto's USED to be the best Italian restaurant in Santa Rosa, it really was outstanding. But since the ownership transfer the food has gone way downhill. They seem to have replaced quality ingredients with salt. This just about breaks my heart. Their spaghetti calamari was the best dish in the world.

We have gone to Robertos for years and always enjoyed the restuarant. We have had dinner there twice since Frank, the new owner took over. I didn't think Roberto could be out done, but the food is as good as ever and Frank makes sure everyone is satisfied.

I'd give Roberto's 10 stars if I could. The best Italian restaurant I've ever been to. The service is top-notch... the servers are incredibly friendly, and very knowledgable about each dish. It can get a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights, but you can't ding Roberto's for that... it's because they're so crowded ...

The food is good but the owner was a bit chatty. They poor a decent glass of wine.

The food has always been excelent here, as the service has been also.
The only real complaints would be that its a bit noisy, and not much in the way for ambiance. Go at "off peak" hours and it will be more relaxing.

This is a great place to go if you like Italian food. Nice selection of pasta, meats, and seafood. Daily specials for something different. Friday and Saturday nights tend to get very busy so make a reservation.
