I have been going there for years and other than some of the waiters being a bit aloof, the food is great and the atmosphere is classic

My 1st dinner at the Villa - 1976. I was 24 years old. The place seemed old, fake fancy, and fuddy-duddy then. The Villa hasn't changed an iota in 31 years, neither has my opinion. The only thing worse than the food was the service. The Italian salad dressing was absolutely flavorless, the eggplant parmesian was pure goosh, the polenta was charred black.
