This was the worst hotel during our entire trip in Central Asia. While the location is decent, it does not provide value for money. For over USD 200 I can't even get hot water to shower! The bathroom smells like sh*t and there is no tub, only a shower stall cheaply made in China. I wouldn't touch the shampoo and soap provided by the hotel...

Find something better in Almaty.
