    My friend and I went for lunch one day because I had a gift card. We walked in and it almost looked like an antique store. There was noone in there and the waitress asked us if she could help us.     Primrose Lane II in Tracy, CA is a wonderful place. We have gone to the restaurant for several years and enjoyed many of their special events on holidays. The tea house is very cozy and service is friendly. The food is delicious and THE ONLY TEA HOUSE we've visited that you actually leave with a full stomach! They also now have a wonderful selection of wine and beer for those that don't like tea.
