My husband and I were very upset when we found out that we had been charged $124.29 for a room that was supposed to be comp. We never charged anything extra, and feel that the charge should never have been posted in the first place. Now we have to wait to get it taken off our account. We found the room very nice, and enjoyed everything else. But we found the Desk service incompehensible in this regard.

The hotel and rooms are nice, but the staff was snotty and seemed like all they wanted to do was get out of the casino and the waitresses could not make a drink outside of a rum and coke. We thought the actual bartender could make something better, but instead he just ignored us sitting at the bar after he looked straight at us. This place would be great if they could get better staff.
