place is really nice and upscale..service is topnotch. rooms are well appointed, spacious and most have nice view of the ocean... courteous people...if you like being pampered then this is the place for you...

as part of their inclusive package, you can still eat and use their facilities for the day even if you checked out at 12 noon.

The Royal Cancun was awesome. Clean, many restaurants to choose from. The food was delicious with Gourmet presentation. The rooms were beautiful and they all have ocean view. The staff were all very friendly and always went out of their way to see if everything was ok.

Absolutely wonderful place! Weather wasn't too great, but the amenities more than made up for it. Food was excellent and the service was top notch! If you get the chance, upgrade to a swim up suite. Was a once in a lifetime experience that we won't soon forget. Location is good and within walking distance of shopping. Trail system is great in the hotel zone so you can walk for hours and hours. Go here, you won't regret it!
