Non-smoking rules are not enforced-our "non-smoking" room reeked of cigarette/cigar smoke. Uncomfortably soft mattresses w/ little or no support-high crime area with a great deal of police presence at any given time-no microwave in the vending area for guests to use-have to go across the street to the Ramada Inn to use theirs. Staff was of little or no assistance, and in fact John was very rude-acted as if we were an inconvenience.
