I haven't really been there that much. The wait line is way too long too even get in. Even when we call in they say "No wait"! BUt when we get in their to park the wait line is 30 to an hour. I wouldn't go there if there gonna lie to you....

Normally I wouldn't get into a Cheesecake Factory, but in this case the environment is so darn fancy that it's hard not to be tickled pink.

Of course the food leaves much to be desired, but by the same token it is not horrific and the prices are reasonable considering the auspicious digs.

They called our name/buzzer, and we went to get sat - only to find out that they had sat a party of 4 in this area. 10 minutes later, they tried to sit us at a booth that only seats 5!!!! 20 minutes after that, they finally seated us. I never ever had a problem with the service, food or environment whenever I visited, it was always taken care of with a warm and caring server that was attentive to our needs. The server we had even dealt with our complication of the splitting of credit cards and cash. Very professional.

Comfort food with a pleasant decor. If you want to mingle at the bar and be at the 'in' spot for mall rats then Cheesecake factory is the place to be.
