I went with another couple to Fork in San Anselmo. I ordered the 5 course meal at $59. It seemed like an hour plus passed between the starter and first course. (We were the only occupied table in the front room). I ordered a bottle of gevrey chambertin. After a 3 hour meal we paid the bill and left.

This is the best restaurant in Marin. Fork has always been a great place to eat, but the last few times I've eaten there have been truly amazing. In Marin, right now, the only thing approaching the virtuosity of the food at Fork is the service at Fork! My favorite!!

This restaurant is amazing. Fork has a new and extremely talented chef who has been there for a few months. In his time at Fork, I've eaten there 7 times.
