Coles in aptos sucks so much, I love coles, but there is only so much burnt crappy food that any one person should ever have to deal with. If you like to get your food burnt till you want to just throw it away, coles in Aptos is for you. you have to be dumb to burn stuff like they do, then try to sell that crap to people.2 of 2 Yahoo! You have got to be kidding!!! Coles in Aptos is the worst BBQ I have ever had. From the service to the food it's a disaster. These reviews are not real, they are obvious fakes to try to drum up business for this poor excuse for a restaurant. The ribs are not smoked but cooked over an open fire and then reheated. Cole'ls - can't wait to go back!I was visiting Santa Cruz from PA in May and went to Cole's with my son. I have had barbeque all over the country(including Memphis) - Cole's is the best I have every tasted; so much so, that I find myself thinking about it quite often.
