My absolute favorite place to eat real indian food in Marin county! It's like being in India, without the long flight, As soon as you step in their door your taken to a far away land with scents from heaven, and at the same time you feel right at home. Your satisfied before you even taste the food.

Always excellent food with a great staff. The atmosphere is especially attractive when the weather allows for the roof to be rolled back.

Lotus is one of my Bay-area favorites. Every dish is delicious--but I highly recommend the paneer tikka masala with garlic naan. The service is great, and, even at busy times, the food comes out fast and piping hot. If you can't make it for dinner, their lunch buffet is also good, with lots of choices, which are always fresh and hot.
