Never AgainI've been here twice--the first time was wonderful. So much that I recommended it to others. However, I went a second time with my parents and this was one of the worst dining experiences ever. Worst Italian in the East BayLocanda Olmo takes Italian cooking to an unfortunate new low. We waited nearly an hour after ordering from overwhelmed wait staff, for a terrible plate of pasta and a mediocre glass of wine. Total tab for 2: $51.00 plus tip. UNBELIEVABLE! How restaurants like this manage to stay in business is a mystery to me. Thankfully, there are so many better alternatives on College Ave.OVERALL
