An excellent small restaurant in St. Helena. The menu is small, but can be somewhat overwhelming at first glance. However the service was extremely hospitable, and the dishes were explained well. I would definately not call it a value pick, but the food is excellent and worth the price. Terra's signature menu item is the broiled sake-marinated sea bass with shrimp dumplings, and I can't complain.
