AWFUL service is the biggest problem, most waiters here are extremley rude.
Their ice cream sometimes gets defrosted then refrozen and they serve it anyway. The food is awful.
BTW Bakers Square in Castro Valley is even worse than this place!
Most restaurants in Castro Valley have terrible service, instead I would go to Mountain Mike's Pizza, Don Jose's (for Mexican food) or China Garden (across from Trader Joe's).
