Bad Customer ServiceI ordered a pizza to be delivered and the guy taking my order asked me to repeat it three times, then repeated it back to me correctly. When my pizza arrived, 50 minutes later, it was all wrong. When we called to tell them that the pizza was wrong, they only offered a 15% off verbal coupon from our next pizza. They didn't offer to correct the pizza. I might have gone back if they did more to correct the problem, but now I won't go back.OVERALL
