This is my favorite Thai Food restaurant, and i have been to a lot! The food is spectacular, the service is good and the ambiance is nice. The prices are about average thai prices, $9-11 for main dishes. My family usually eats family style, so i get to try four or five things each time, everything is delicious. Love the tom kai gai soup and the pad thai. The green curry is pretty good also.

I've spent months traveling Thailand and SE Asia, and have tried many of the top Thai restaurants in the Bay Area, but Sala Thai is still my favorite. Apart from the fact Kay know's what she's doing with her recipes, the restaurant is simply a nice, low-key place to enjoy a meal. I would be curious to try some more authentic dishes with extra heat and makua eggplants.

I love thai food. This is one of the greats. The chef has accomodated orders "off the menu". They do have seating where taking off your shoes is necessary, however, ladies- for those in skirts with boots (you know who you are) they do have tables in front and in back.

Without a doubt, the best atmosphere around. The food is very good, and all things considered it is moderately price. When locals found out that I love Thai, everyone - and I mean EVERYONE - recommended Sala Thai. I am so glad they did. It was everything I wanted and more. Floor seating is a must! Kick off your shoes and enjoy a meal at Sala Thai!

Not a big fan of Thai.. but when I found this place, I became a huge fan!

I really enjoyed Sala Thai, althought this was my first Thai exprience I can't wait to go back. Nice quiet asmoshpere, great for a quite night out. A little pricey for my tight budget, but well worth it!

I have eaten at Sala Thai many times. Wonderful traditional Thai food with cozy ambiance and setting. The Mango Rice for dessert is sooo yummy!
The Pad Thai Noodles are excellent! This is a superb Thai Restaurant.
