I absolutely do not recommend this restaurant to anyone! I don't understand why everyone thinks this restaurant is so great. I went with family for the first time today expecting fantastic food and service and was greatly dissapointed! First off, when the waitress was seating us she sneezed in her hand, wiped her nose and continued to serve us ...

Definitely overrated!! I have seen much better restaurants by far. The people working in the restaurant are just interested in money. The place is filthy and overcrowded. I can imagine the sanitation in the food preparation area. The portions are quite small, and expensive i.e few pieces of fried calamari in a plastic plate. If you want a good Chinese food go where the Chinese folks eat.

5 people ate for 100 incl tip and the food was amazing! You dont need to pick off the menu just ask for food and a delicious array of entrees are on the way. Shrimp pancake, the best calamari I have ever had, fried dumplings, a seasoned pork wrap, and of course the sesame chicken with sweet potato...yum

    Totally overrated.

Given the line that it always has, you gotta wonder if the perception is reality. Service is spotty at best (we went there a party of 8 and they gave us 4 waters and 4 menus. Hunh? On the food... I've give that 3.5 stars. We let the waiter "take care of us". Some stuff was good, other stuff, not so much. A lot ...

Absolutely the best meal of my life. The lack of friendly service and the exorbitant bill were all well worth it. The calamari is indescribably. My wife who does not even like calamari could not get enough. My only regret is there is not a House of Nanking in my hometown.

Best Chinese Food in the city hands down. No you will not be coddled and taking your time is more then frowned upon with the line out the door. You need to order on menu or have the chef pick for you. Also if you know some of their past dishes that aren't on there anymore they will cook that too (like my favorite crispy chicken). The place is ...

This is absolutely, hands down, the best tasting Chinese Food you will ever experience. Notice I said, "experience".
Forget what everyone is saying about service and atmosphere.... this is Chinatown!!! It's a crammed little hole-in-the-wall restaurant with metal tables and chairs right next to one another. Will you have privacy? ...
