Worth the drive!This is the only restaurant I'm willing to drive to. Definitely the best Vietnamese restaurant in the Richmond. Good food at good prices. All the friends I've turned on to this place loved it and now they even go there without me :-(OVERALL

The Best Cheap Vietnamese in SFIt's not Slanted Door, but it also isn't nearly as ostentatious or expensive. The ingredients were extremely fresh and the spices & sauces were just delicious. I didn't sense MSG, but I could be wrong (in other places, it usually jumps out at me). I tried the spicy & sour chicken soup (very good- a little bit earthy, but I wolfed it ...SHOW FULL REVIEW

solid, fresh vietnamese foodI had a very enjoyable dinner at Mai's - great service, clean surroundings, fresh food, nice seasonings, & low prices.
