We traveled from Italy, we go to the USA once a year and because I'ma a fan of apple pie I do eat it in every place I go to. Well, the food in this Restaurant was GREAT but the apple pie was the BEST I have EVER eaten in my whole life!!!
Service was great too and I'd sure travel all the way there to visit that restaurant again! SLURP!!!

I went up to the Mountain House Restaurant for the first time from Fresno for my wifes B-day!...The food was fantastic and the hospitality was awesome...Tim our server was prompt and courteous...We will definitely go back soon!!!

We were just at Mountain House for Breakfast 2 mornings in a row, had a killer 4 bacon with eggs and hashbrowns with cheddar cheese, no onions for me. Next morning we had the special, Eggs benedict also with the hashbrowns, which was excellent as well. When we go to Chukahansi again we will try the french toast and chicken fried steak we heard so ...

Wow, the french toast for breakfast was the best I have ever had and I have traveled extensively and have had french toast and nothing compares, The bread was very fresh and made at the restaurant. French Toast is a can't miss for breakfast.

We love this place! We eat here quite often as we spend most weekends at Bass Lake RV Resort. They make a yummy Cosmo and last weekend I had one of the best filet mignon's I've ever eaten. The service is fun and friendly and that, combined with great food, keeps us going back. We highly recommend it.

One of the best places on the hill to eat! The charbroiled artichoke is a "must have", so is the deli sandwich. Always friendly the Mountain House is a local favorite and the place to stop on the way to Yosemite. Great breakfasts with "to die for" French Toast!

Mountain house has the best breakfast in the west! You have to try the chicken fried steak, with a side of biscuits & gravy. The gravy is to die for. The hash browns are prepared with cheese and green onions, which make them phenomenal. This place is a must try if you are in the Bass Lake area.

We just spent a long weekend in Oakhurst and fell in love with this restaurant! We ate there both nights for dinner and my parents ate there for breakfast and lunch as well! It's perfect for families. The food is delicious and the portions great. Don't forget dessert!! Yum!!!
