I've had a variety of Mexican food in my day, and El Cid's cuisine ranks in the finest of them. Come in and try it for yourself. Try their shrimp cocktail appetizer. You won't be disappointed.

The absolute worst Mexican food in California. Worse than a cheap-o frozen Mexican dinner with freezer burn. The enchilada sauce was a neon orange color never seen in nature, and the flavors ranged from boring to nasty. Only a series of their massive margaritas could make this food seem palatable. Also, the restaurant is dark and musty, needs a thorough cleaning. Compared to this, Taco Bell is a gourmet Mexican delight. Don't bother.
