Jack's rocks ! An East Sierra icon ! It's the antidote to LA ! Homey, earthy, 60 + years in the making ! Even for a vegetarian like me they have great oatmeal and teas and excellent gardenburgers with all the fixings ! Their coffee mugs are to die for and are some of my most treasured tableware..The whole Owens Valley/395/East Sierra corridor is my favorite part of California...OVERALL

SO yummy! Jack's is a favorite! The breakfasts are so good... guess that's because it used to be Jack's Waffle Shop! But, it's not just the breakfasts! The waitresses will stop and chat... and banter... it feels like family. Don't miss it!OVERALL

Great DessertWe went for Saturday night dinner. The special was Prime Rib. It was a little tough but it was big. The ranch dressing on the cold green salad was good. Simple, like home cooking. For dessert I ordered Raspberry pie a la mode. It was wonderful. They have a cute selection of fising T-shirts and lots of good nastalga on the walls to read and look at. Next time I will go for breakfast and try the waffles.OVERALL
