I'am a resident of Grover Beach Ca. I have visited the Ihop a few times, a nice resturant. One thing that makes me sad when I drive by is the condition of the American Flag that proudly flies over the resturant. It is ripped and faded. I'am so proud to be an American. I don't know if the flag belongs to Ihop but I felt I needed to say something.
