I don't know what the person who wrote the negative review regarding the Manager was thinking!!! Sabrina and her front desk girls were the most customer service oriented group I've ever experienced! I travel all over the world and have many degrees and own several businesses and I never hesitate to tell people about this little gold mine ...

I come to Ojai often on business, and in the past have always stayed at the Ojai Valley Inn, but I found the Chantico Inn more quaint, warm and homey than any other hotel I have stayed at in a long time.I highly reccomend this hotel to anyone coming to Ojai for business or pleasure.

The girls at the Chantico were so helpful, Sabrina the manager, was very accomodating. Even the girls I spoke with on the phone when I booked my reservation were extremely nice and helpful.
