Vietnamese chef cooks chinese and vietnamese food along with a Korean service...:)) wat a melting pot restaurant ^^ Anyways, I just firgue out through my chinese friend that this place is the best place to eat PHO in SB but nothing else :) So Happy...:P
My friends and I go here for the pho. It is cheap and the people are very nice. Youre not going to be expecting a 4 star rest. or anything, but good cheap food. The chinese food is good as well, and they also have a few korean entrees available. We all used to live right next to the rest. but now we moved to Downtown but the trip is def. worth it. #91-#94 are the bomb check it out

I love the Pho dac biet, my husband always orders the assorted rice, and our son likes the beef brocolli. Its not a fancy place to eat. it's more of a layed back atmospher, not intended for the those who feel uppity.

BAD SERVICE
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/13/04
BAD service, BAD environment, BAD location to put restaurant. THEY ARE STINGY about napkins. I had to ASK for napkins-- and the waitress only gave me 2 weak paper napkins. They DO NOT serve water-- instead you pour your own from a water cooler. Dirty tables-- VERY SLOW service to clean away past customer's dishes. The only reason I put up with this bad service is because they have the best and cheapest Pho in town.
