  • Small, hip sushi place in downtown Santa Barbara
    By Bill, 08/30/06
I thought the food was great and the servers were very cool. It does get crowded, but overall it's a very friendly place. Santa Barbara is just a beautiful place to be...and there are a ton of great restaurants to try. This is one of the good ones.

  • The best Sushi in Southern Cal
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/01/06
Unlike the review before mine this sushi is THE best and soooo inexpensive. You get the same quality for double the price anywhere else in LA/ OC area. One of the best restaurants in Santa Barbara - would reccomend to anyone who loves great sushi.

  • Excellent sushi, but a little pricey

  • wonderfully fresh sushi, miss the old location
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/29/05

  • Keeps us sane
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/24/05
My partner and I have been dining at Arigato since 2001. Early on we ate there about once a week as a form of therapy to combat a high stress lifestyle. The food, ambiance and service were so excellent, that whatever your state of mind entering Arigato, you came out "feeling like a flower". Over time, their Japanese sushi chefs have been ...

  • Arigato's
    By ChakaSB, 08/19/05
I find that the fish at Arigato's is fresh but the portions are very small for the price. I was there last weekend and we spent $30.00 each, it was tasty but we both thought for $30.00 each we wish the rolls had been bigger.
