NOT REALLY NEW MEXICAN STYLE
I grew up in New Mexico and Anita's is not what they claim to be. First, and most important, they don't use the New Mexico chiles which have a unique flavor all their own. Next, we don't serve rolled enchiladas in New Mexico. Their only flat enchilada on the menu the Sante Fe, was their most expensive dish ...0 of 1 Yahoo! if you can't get to new mexico...Anita's will satisfy the craving for a decent new mexico green chile... that is, if you can find it on the menu. The sopapillas are good too - though I think the chocolate sauce is overkill. The takeout menu is slightly different.OVERALL
