Glad to have found this place, however, wish they took credit cards and served tequila.

Been eating here 36 years including my 1st date w/ my husband whose family were customers. Decor is junky and the lighting is awful, but if you can get past that you will LOVE the food. If you like lots of cheese try the cheese chips! The chili rellenos are the best I've ever had and have not found even a close match during 10 years in Tucson AZ! Whenever we get back Anahiem our first stop is MexiCasa! YUM!

LOVE this place. I discovered Mexi-Casa in 1978 when I worked in a nearby office (at their former location). When the restaurant moved due to freeway expansion I followed. 31 years and still not tired of the food or prices. Let's face it, this is not El Torito or any of those Fancy-schmansy upscale chains that are long on atmosphere and price ...

So I showed up here and thought I walked into a dive bar. The bad part was there wasn't any cowboys or drunkards drinking cocktails. I was seated in an old school couch booth. They had the specials listed on this one page laminated piece of paper. To my surprise, I did not see one item that costs more then $10. Infact most items on the menu ...

I miss going here. I have moved away and still can not find a restaurant that makes a CHANGITO. If I could get the recipe to make one of these I would be forever greatful. If anybody out there can send me a recipe or remind me of how it is made (layers and such) I would be your friend forever. Email me back at witcheybones@yahoo.com. Thank you Nancee G.

Mexi Casa is my favorite mexican restuarant, and has been since I was a kid. I understand their food isn't the most authentic mexican food ever, but it is inexpensive, and really good. Not too many families can afford to go out to eat; at Mexi Casa you get unlimited chips and salsa, and for a family of four, your not going to pay over 20-25 ...

I have been going to Mexi Casa for 22 yrs, since I was a kid. I Love their food especially the Beef taco combo, and I especially love their chips and hot salsa. Excellent food for the price, the only thing I don't like is that they dont accept debit or credit cards its cash only. But it is worth a little inconveinance of having to drive to the ATM before going.
