I went for my birthday on Sunday. The host didn't know what the wait time was and almost made us wait 30-40 min when there was actual available tables for less than a 5 min wait (we overheard the other hostess correcting her). Our waitress was super nice and but when our meal came my plate was forgotten (happy birthday me!) what was was even ...

I've been inside the giftshop in Vegas and thought it was a pretty cool place so I just had to get the actual experience while being in the Disneyland area. Overall, I was extremely disappointed. The workers were not eager to serve/help us. They repeatedly messed up on our order, sent our food to the wrong table, etc; Our waitress was polite, ...

I've worked there for about a year and really like it there. Not the place to go for a quiet dinner, and it's pricey. But you're not paying just for the food, but also the experience. There are large size animatronic elephants, gorillas, and more. There are beautiful tropical fish in large salt water aquariums, including one you walk ...

MUCH FUN, GREAT FOOD. MY FAVORITE PLACE. IT IS ALWAYS CROWDED BUT IF YOU GO DURING OFF PEAK DAYS ( DURING THE WEEK ) AND HOURS, IT'S LESS BUSY. FOOD IS EXCELLENT ALTHOUGH I WASN'T IMPRESSED WITH THE BBQ BUT THAT'S JUST ME. YOU MIGHT ENJOY IT. TRY THE CHIMI CHA CHAS OR THE SPINACH ARTICHOKE DIP. DELICIOUS. KIDS MENU OF COURSE, AND FANCY DRINKS OF ALL KINDS. SMOOTHIES GALORE. OH AND THE VOLCANO? TOO DELICIOUS !!

All I have to say is that we sat close to a place where the servers hang out, I guess its like a wall corner of some sort outside on the patio…But it was awful because we over heard them talking and using foul language. To spend my money with my kids present overhearing the comments is not what I paid for.
    The food was average.

The food was average, nothing out of the ordinary. The decor is what makes the stance at this location memorable. It is not a quiet place, but the atmosphere is fun. Food is pricey, so come prepared, coconut shrimp are savory. -S.A.-

beware. four of us ate there late on a thursday night. no wait, but at what a price! the person who ordered fajitas found them mediocre. within hours, he was ill--food poisoning. his wife, who had a taste, also became ill during the night, though not as violently. otherwise, the meals were good, but we will not be going back.

Well I usually am very positive but i cant this time. The food was real good at a desent price. however they have a very unethical way of billing. They have a 17% FORCED gratuity (tip) AND they calculate it AFTER CALIFORNIA TAX so its like your tipping them for charging you tax. lol its ridiculous! They weren't attentive at all. RED LOBSTER is ...

The Rainforest Cafe location at Downtown Disney has extremely poor customer service. Their hosts are rude and when the issue was brought up to the GM, nothing was done. Horrible experience, if you do not want your night to be ruined then do not eat that this location. The Costa Mesa location is much better.
