The other reviews don't sound at all like the Red Lobster we went to in Brea. The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious! No waitor or waitress sat with us, and they never forgot us even though we sat in the back in a little quiet area they have. I can't wait to go back!

Bad service.
Sat and waited to be acknowledged by our server. The restaurant was practically empty.
My wife and I waited 15 minutes before finally leaving.

When my family and I went to Red Lobster, the service and atmosphere was great. We quickly got to our seats and ordered. I thought it was going to be a great dinner, but when we got our meals the food wasn't exactly what I thought it would be.. The food had a very plain taste, especially the lobster and the shrimp. In general, the food quality has to improve a lot more.

When it comes to food quality, Red Lobster is great but it fails in all other aspects. The noise level in their restaurants is just way too much. The serving staff has started a new trend. They come and sit with you at the table. If I want to eat with waiters and waitresses (they are nice people), I would get a restaurant job.
