Kobe's is the best sushi joint in OC. Smiley and Toshi are two of the best. Nothing like getting drunk with the chefs.

Smiley and the black pepper tuna roll are the greatest. The service cant be beat and they make you feel at home

My favorites are the Citrus Roll and Ginger Roll (not listed on the menu) and don't leave without asking Smiley for the "special brownies"! Try them with panzu sauce.
